How does MOVETRUE differ from other fitness programs?

MOVETRUE is unique in that it promotes education as much as physical exercise. It is my firm belief that without the right information, it is IMPOSSIBLE to develop your body to its full potential. MOVETRUE is also the ONLY online program in the world that integrates all of the following elements—strength, flexibility, awareness, balance, and posture—in a way that cultivates both the body AND the mind. The educational, physical, and psychological qualities of this program make it unlike ANY other.

What kind of exercises will I be doing in your program?

My program is built upon classic body-weight exercises that ANYONE can do. Even as a beginner, you have probably tried many of my exercises before—lunges, squats, push ups, planks, crunches, glute bridges etc. are just a few examples. However, the unique COMBINATION and PACE of the exercises coupled with targeted and detailed BIOMECHANICS INFORMATION for each movement will give you a unique workout experience like no other. Your heart-rate will stay high, you will be sweating, and you will be challenged mind and body in a way that brings both results and joy.

If I have an injury can I do your program?

One of the great benefits of my program is injury management and prevention. Almost all chronic injuries come from lack of body awareness and improper form in movement. The EDUCATIONAL component of my program (based on the principles of biomechanics) will give you both the understanding and tools to say goodbye to injury forever. Most of your program requires zero equipment. Will my body be challenged enough to change? 

Experienced trainers will tell you that sometimes the hardest exercises are the ones where it is JUST you and your body weight. Without the need for any equipment, my program effectively builds the neccessary foundation you need to be successful in ANY fitness pursuit, which is body awareness, inner strength, flexbility, balance, and posture. You will absolutely become lean and toned, but most importantly, you will walk away with an education that will benefit you for the rest of your life.
